Rules and Regulations

Every person is required to follow the camp schedule, and will not be permitted to leave the premises without permission.
All attendees are required to participate in the various camp activities.
A night curfew lights out will be enforced as described in the programme.
The girls dorms and rooms are off-limits to the boys at all times and vice-versa.
Boys and girls may neither hug nor hold hands.
Campers must keep their personal belongings in order, their beds tidy & cabins clean. No littering around.

Clothing

All attendees will be required to wear Christian clothing according to our belief. If you have doubts about the suitability of any item of clothing, please don't bring it. More specifically the following types of clothes are prohibited:
Tight Clothing or Skirts that have slits
Shorts/Bermudas
Sheer tops
Tank tops or sleeveless undershirts worn as shirts.

Obvious Rules that should not have to be mentioned

Use of tobacco, alcoholic beverages, or drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Foul words or improper language are prohibited.
Damage to the concerned property and the property of others will be to the sole responsibility of the youth causing the damage.
Dormitories will be under the supervision of chaperones. Sleep and rest are necessary for a sound and healthy body. We would not allow a noisy few to keep others awake.

Peniel TABERNACLE reserves the right to dismiss from camp anyone who does not abide by these rules and regulations, or direct instructions from chaperones. (If a camper is dismissed from camp, there will be no refund of registration fees.)

PARENTAL/GUARDIAN DISCLAIMER CONSENT FORM

By signing this form, I declare that I am the legal parent/guardian of the child mentioned above and that my son/daughter has permission to attend Peniel Tabernacle Youth Camp, at Centre de Jeunesse Adventiste in Belle Mare as from 28th to 31st of July, 2016.

I also confirm that all details given are correct to the best of my knowledge and I have the authority to give parental consent for the child to participate.

I also declare that HE/SHE is fit and well enough to participate in such activities and that I know of no medical condition that would incapacitate HIM/HER during the game.

GAME:

In the event of illness, having parental responsibility for the above named child, I give permission for medical treatment to be administered where considered necessary by a nominated first aider, or by suitably qualified medical practitioners. If I cannot be contacted and my child should require emergency hospital treatment, I authorize a qualified medical practitioner to provide emergency treatment or medication.

I, the undersigned, understand that I have agreed to participate fully in any activities organized during the Youth Camp entirely at my own risk. I recognize that there are some hazards on the site (dead branches, holes, etc.). I will at all times conform to all safety rules in force and will at all times indemnify Peniel Tabernacle and their Organizing staff and hereby absolve them of all liability in respect of illness, death, personal injury, accident or damage to person or property if so ever this may arise or be caused.
